By accessing or using Signal Loom AI's API, website, or services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Signal Loom AI provides an API that transcribes audio and video media into structured, machine-readable data ("Structured Output"). The Service includes access to our API, documentation, SDKs, and related infrastructure. By using the Service, you agree to use it only in accordance with these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Signal Loom AI offers free beta access ("Free Tier") providing up to 100 audio minutes per month. The Free Tier is provided in exchange for your registration data and anonymized usage information, which helps us improve the Service. The Free Tier is offered as-is and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
$25 USD per month. Includes 1,000 audio minutes per month. Additional minutes are billed per usage or at rates communicated at the time of purchase.
$99 USD per month. Includes 5,000 audio minutes per month.
$349 USD per month. Includes 25,000 audio minutes per month.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice prior to your next billing cycle.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from individuals whose media you submit for transcription.
You retain all ownership rights to media you submit through the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your media. We do claim ownership of the Service, including our API design, Structured Output format, and all software, trademarks, and branding. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
You grant us a limited license to process your media solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We treat all transcription inputs and outputs as confidential. We do not use your media or transcripts to train models without your explicit written consent. Audio and video processed through the Service is not shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Free Tier is provided without any uptime or performance guarantees. Paid tiers provide service level commitments as specified in your subscription agreement. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, accurate, or uninterrupted.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIM ELEMENTAL HEALTH SOLUTIONS, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIM Elemental Health Solutions, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
